Made a service appointment a day in advance. They never showed up. When I called to check (an hour ater my apointment) they said no one was available. They said "sorry." So I wasted a whole day waiting for a plumber to fix a broken toilet who was never coming. Extremely poor customer service, very bad impression of this company. I will never use again.
