Fantastic service from all employees. Our Subzero freezer just stopped cooling.... I called at 8:15am. Miss Page, appt scheduler, said " I have someone in the area & think they can be over there right away this morning. Let me call you back in 5 minutes. ". Guess what? She called right back. Mr. Dan technician, was at my house by 9:30am. He had addressed, fixed the problem & out the door by 10am. He was patient & fantastic with my children asking him every question about what he was doing & what each tool was. I will definitely use them again & recommend them to friends!

Mark came and looked at my Sub Zero fridge to give an estimate. Although our fridge was beyond repair he was quick, efficient and friendly! Would definitely use there service again, although hopefully I won't need to! Thanks Mark!

Woke up to discover my built-in Sub-Zero fridge and freezer were no longer cold. Panicked, because we are about to go out of town, and, like everyone else, we've got like $500 worth of food in the fridge and freezer, and nowhere else to put it. I called and setup an appointment with ACME company. Guy was knowledgeable (he's name was Mark), friendly and explained everything. He wasted no time in identifying the problem, finding the right part and replacing it. Prices are fair, I was expecting the job to be a lot more, seeing that things never go our way when it comes to home related repairs. Fantastic place - first class people!

Service call was scheduled for my side by side Sub Zero refrigerator. Technician was there between 10-2pm. He arrives within the time He said, checked the fridge and gave me the run down. Before I go on, I just want to say that I’ve never had any prior experience with appliance repair folks but I gotta say that I really appreciated Gerry s cleanliness. The guy had a clean stark white shirt and asked if he could wash his hands before he started any work. Righteous! Anyway, after the damage report I was not a happy camper cuz the fridge is relatively new but it was what it was, a broken heating element that defrosts the fridge and broken sensors that regulates the temps of the freezer and fridge. Initially, I couldn’t determine if it was a fair price but judging from Gerry s professionalism and manners, I d say it was a very competitive price. Before he started any work he went back to his truck to see if he had the parts and like any real professional, he had the parts on hand. The guy repaired the fridge and defrosted the freezer in little over an hour using some high pressure commercial steamer. Boom Bam Done!!! Cheers Gerry! Thank you!

Mark is top-rate, honest, knowledgeable, and thorough! I contacted ACME Sub-Zero Repair company to fix the ice maker in my Sub-Zero refriderator. The issue proved to be rather difficult to diagnose and time consuming to repair. The bill was perhaps more than fair for ALL the work that was done, and parts installed. Of course this is in keeping with every other aspect of dealing with ACME, and Mark. The scheduling process was easy, and Mark was on time. Bottom line - use this guy - I strongly recommend Mark, with out hesitation or reservation! I will 100% use them again for any type of appliance repair. You just don't meet people who do this type of quality work anymore. I was so absolutely impressed! If I could give Mark ten stars I would!

Exceptional service at reasonable prices, and we got on their schedule in less than 24 hours. A very reliable company that I would definitely recommend. Gary was our technician and he was great. He got our old Sub-Zero fridge working like new again - and in a hurry, while our food supply languished in a cooler. (It turned out the thermometer was broken, and we also needed a new water valve to the icemaker). Gary also helped troubleshoot what turned out to be a minor but annoying glitch with our Miele dishwasher, for which I was very grateful. Gary was prompt, pleasant, courteous, and conscientious. And he went the extra mile for us. For example, after he finished up, he took the time to pull the fridge out from the wall a second time double check his work when it looked like there might be a leak (there wasn't) - even though it was past quitting time at the end of the day, and even though that fridge is a bear to move. He also helped me clean out the filth that had accumulated under the fridge, which was truly beyond the call of duty. A really nice guy. My allegiances in appliance repair have shifted. From now on, I'm going to call ACME Sub-Zero Appliance repair whenever anything fails - stove, oven, you name it.
