Fatamorgana Gelato

Delicious, natural gelato in the classic Italian style: that’s our specialty at Fatamorgana Gelato. We start simple with milk, water, and sugar, and then add fresh, raw ingredients to create our premium flavors from scratch. No added preservatives, no artificial flavors, no processed products -- none of that. Our entire business is founded on doing things differently, and that starts with even our most basic of flavors. We serve classics like vanilla and chocolate, but we use exclusively pure vanilla beans and feature over 16 different types of chocolate. We also source fresh herbs and spices for our more-adventurous flavors, offering creative combinations like “Kentucky Chocolate” made with real Kentucky tobacco and “Just a Thought” featuring pink grapefruit, ginger, and fresh lemon peel.
